    I barely go out and barely socialise. How can I deal with social anxiety?
    It has come to the point where I barely go out and barely socialise with people. Home is where my comfort zone ends. How can I deal with social anxiety?

    You should try identify situations that make you anxious. Try to make eye contact with the person you talk to. The person next to you might feel the same way about himself/herself. You should observe people somewhere in the public place that they are not paying attention to the people around them.
