    How to eat a healthy diet?
    I have lately become very careful about eating right and staying fit. What should my healthy diet comprise of?

    Healthy diet doesn’t mean eating any specific food group or specific item. But a healthy diet  will be a well balanced diet where you are eating food from all food groups like cereals, pulses, vegetable, milk  and milk products, dry fruits. Also food items from each groups should be included in a diet to make it a well balanced diet. Each meal you are consuming should be square meal giving you complete nutrition and you can opt for seasonal vegetable and fruits, so that you can have anti oxidants, vitamins and minerals as well.
