    Does exercise increase testosterone levels?
    Could you suggest some ways in which one can increase his testosterone levels? I have heard that exercising helps, is that true?

    Testosterone is a hormone that regulates the sex organs, and both men and women could be suffering from low levels of it. Low testosterone is more of a lifestyle problem than a medical one and so keeping fit by exercising regularly could definitely be a way to help yourself increase the levels. You should consume vitamin D3, eat whole eggs, avoid sugar, workout regularly. The fact about exercising is that when you exercise and consume protein you build your muscles and this then helps to burn fat and increase the testosterone levels.
