With pregnancy on your head, you are bound to experience some of the symptoms that are related to it and the most commonly experienced ones are the ones you have mentioned in your question. The thing is when you are pregnant, your body spurts the female hormone hCG, which is very important for the growth and development of your baby. I have heard there are several medicines available to reduce the symptoms, which you can talk about with your doctor. Folic acid is one of them. Do not take any medication without consulting an experienced doctor.
