Is it normal for a new mom to be gassy weeks after delivery?
I had a baby a couple of weeks ago, I'm really gassy these days. What’s wrong?

Kegel exercises can be a great big help. Do kegel three times a day. Be wary of the gassy foods such as beans, cabbage and onions. Abstain from drinking soda.
Congratulations on your new baby!! There is nothing to worry about. Gas is a side-effect of weakened muscles and nerves in your pelvis and rectum. It makes difficult to control gas for some time after childbirth. Once your muscles naturally strengthen again, it will go away.
