    No, clearly the pregnancy is still threatened and has not been lost. With some efforts, pregnancy can still be saved. The symptoms are pain in the tummy along with some bleeding but on ultrasound the pregnancy is still intact and the baby is growing according to the dates.

    Warrant a call to your caregiver when there is bleeding which progresses from light to heavy. In case of threatened miscarriage, one might also experience severe cramps, abdominal pain, lethargy and pain down the spine.
