    best thing is ,u should drink water( 3 liters per day) and little bit of exercise, have chappati for dinner and hav some grains fr break fast, automatically your weight will reduce within 2 weeks...and one tamil proverb "elachavanuku elliu koluthavanuku kollu"...kollu is best fr dieting.. have stuffed kollu fr break fast fr fast result....

    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I agree that starving does not help to loose weight. You only have to manage what you eat. but there's a way to loose weight while enjoying the food you love.
