Apple cider vinegar

It acts as an appetite suppressor

Apple cider vinegar reduces your appetite by giving you a feeling of satiety. According to a study published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition, people who ate bread with vinegar felt fuller than people who consumed just bread.

It prevents accumulation of fat

Apple cider vinegar is also known to stimulate your metabolism thereby helping you burn fat faster. It is packed with organic acids and enzymes that boost your metabolism and increase the rate at which body fat is burnt. However, there are not much evidences that support this theory.

How to use apple cider vinegar for weight loss

If you don’t like the taste of vinegar, you can include it in your diet gradually. You can begin by adding 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Drink it once a day for a week and then increase the amount of vinegar in water and the frequency of drinking. The best time to drink this solution is an hour before the meal.

So, add apple cider vinegar in your diet and see the difference.
